Getac BC-04 batteries are covered by Three (3) or Five (5) years warranty support depends on purchase order.
Getac BC-04 batteries are considered good if their health status remains above 70% within two years of shipment. After two years and before the end of the warrranty period, batteries are considered good if their health status remains above 50%.
