After making a system recovery of a Win 10 19H2 Getac preinstalled operating system device, dock the Getac device on a docking station, there will be "Docking Station" yellow marks under other devices in the device manager as the attached picture. How to solve this issue?
The "Cleanmgr.exe" scheduled task may remove some INF driver packages from "DriverStore" with the current built Win10 19H2 image. We have issued a request to Microsoft to do further analysis and find out the root cause. Remove the battery from the computer if the battery will not be used for a period of a month or longer. Charge or discharge the battery pack to maintain 30-40% battery level and store in a cool, dry room. Do not leave the battery pack in storage more than three months without recharging it.
